Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Aatpore, we take pride in offering thoughtfully designed sarees and suit salwar sets that celebrate craftsmanship and individuality. Each piece is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. We request our customers to review the following policy carefully to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.



Cancellation Policy
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

  • We recommend confirming all product details, sizes, and descriptions before placing your order, as each piece is crafted in limited quantities.


Return & Exchange Eligibility
  • Returns, refunds and exchange are accepted only in the event of a damaged product received by the customer.

  • Any request for return or exchange must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made beyond this timeframe will not be considered.

  • As Aatpore products are one-of-a-kind and not mass-produced, exchange availability is limited and subject to stock.

Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are permitted only if the delivered product is damaged.

  • In such cases, customers may choose to exchange the damaged item for a different product from our current collection, subject to availability.

  • Exchange requests will be reviewed and approved after verification of the reported damage.


Product Condition Requirements
  • All returned or exchanged items must be sent back in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and without any signs of wear or damage.

  • Products must be returned with original tags, packaging, and invoices intact.

  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.


Quality Check & Customer Responsibility
  • Every saree and suit salwar set is carefully inspected and securely packed prior to dispatch.

  • Customers are advised to read product descriptions thoroughly and verify sizes before making a purchase, as variations in color and texture may occur due to screen resolution and photography.


Return & Exchange Request Process
  • To initiate a return or exchange, customers must:

    • Contact our customer support via email at contact@aatpore.com or call us at 9220909358 with your order details. We will guide you through the process.

    • Share clear photos and/or videos/screenshots highlighting the damage or defect.

  • Requests without adequate visual proof may not be approved.


Refund Policy
  • Once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
